Served in 12oz flute. Poured a clean, clear, bright red color with a third-inch of white head that moderate retention and nice lacing.
Big, bright, bold raspberries dominated the aroma, none of the mentioned cranberries.
On the tongue though, it was almost reversed, cran dominating, with some ras at the finish. There was pleasant tartness throughout.
The body was light, crisp, smooth, and a had a dry finish.
Drinkability was nice, but I probably wouldn't do 2 in a row.
Overall, a very good brew. If you like sours, it's a must-try, and it's a should try even if you don't.
