An unfiltered west coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our dear friends at Old Schoolhouse Brewery in Winthrop WA. This IPA is the best of all worlds and checks every box on your list of hoppy must-haves. Amarillo, Simcoe, and El Dorado hops unite in bitter haze highlighting bright tropical grapefruit with a chewy backbone. Why go home when you could just have another?

Hazy pale amber brew with a modest foam in the Orval chalice. Slushy mouthfeel. Tangerine aroma with straw and green herbs. Flavor is a little murky but likeable. Starts with a little malty sweetness and something like peach. Bitter aftertaste with some astringency, green tea, and cedar. An interesting version of the IPA style but a little too bitter to be very enjoyable. From the 16 oz can purchased at the local Co-Op market. Dated 05/02/23.
