A crushable, post-ride “India Trail Ale” brewed in collaboration with our friends at Transition Outpost. For this iteration of particularly refreshing haze, we partnered a light bodied, flaked oats-dashed grist with an aggressive mélange of Strata, Idaho 7, and Citra hops.

Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with plenty of foam in the Kasteel chalice. Some aroma of citrus and green beans. This is less intense than the typical hazy IPA, but it has all the hallmarks: slick mouthfeel, orange peel taste, and aggressive acidity. Plus it's really bitter. The flavor, when you first take a sip, is an appealing green melon. But it quickly devolves into pencil shavings and bitter bark. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 07/05/23.
