From the Single Hill Brewing website: Golden orange hue with looking-glass clarity, the nose hits heavy with fresh cut orange slice, jasmine and honeysuckle. Flavor is big pine, resinous with light impressions of juniper, followed up with a touch of honey sweetness before a spritzy, clean and dry finish. Featuring a brewer-selected blend of Simcoe, Mosaic, Columbus, and Idaho 7 in varying forms of T90 and Cryo pellets.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned on 11/28/23.
Appearance: nice rich golden hue with just a dash of haze and a thick head of ivory foam which leaves a good lace on the glass as it dissipates.
Smell: malt is toasty and just a little sweet, and the hops are earthy and herbal in nature. Maybe it’s just the orange color working its psychology, but this beer feels very autumnal to me.
Taste: citrusy, herbal, and slightly floral hop flavors sit atop a moderately sweet and just slightly toasty malt base. It feels a bit like a souped-up pale ale; but for all that, I still rather like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty decent IPA, though not a substyle that’s typically my jam. I’d order a second one of these at a bar.
