I had this beer on-tap in a nonic at the brewery.
Appearance: pale gold with a moderate haze — clearer than I think of as “hazy”, though — and a finger of frothy ivory foam with a food lace left on the glass.
Smell: fruity and herbal with a kind of papaya and mango and pineapple thing going on. Tropical and enticing!
Taste: way more pineapple-ey than the aroma! Moderately sweet with tropical fruits and a certain dankness. Not bad, honestly.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I’m digging the dank pineapple thing. Though I probably wouldn’t order two in a row, I’m definitely enjoying this one.
