Belgian-Style Abbey Ale
European specialty malts, dark Belgian candi sugar, monastic yeast, and Nobel hops. Dark copper in color, and malty sweet on the palate. Notes of rich dried fruit, plum and rum-raisin. Complex, yet imminently quaffable owing to its exceptional balance. If you close your eyes you can almost feel the sun warmed cobblestones underfoot.
