Let's see how it goes, this was made a few days ago.
Hazy amber color with a huge (Weiss like) beige head that simply won't go away and leaving lots of laces. I drank the whole liquid and the head was still there at the bottom. It seems to be even blocking some scent, amazing.
Predominant aroma of papaya and caramel malt.
Flavor of spicy yeast, herbal and earthy hops, papaya, biscuit and caramel malt, mild tangy citrus, tea leaves and cloves. Dry aftertaste with a medium but increasing herbal bitterness.
Medium body with good carbonation.
A mix of an Imperial Pilsner and an English IPA. Decent, though not my favorite type of IPA.
