Hazy amber color with a thin head with short retention.
Nice aroma with notes of passion fruit, honey and mango.
Flavor with notes of piney hops, biscuit and toasted malts, tea bags, some grapefruit citrusy, resin, spices and lemongrass. Dry aftertaste with a long lasting bitterness. But it sure feels lower than the announced 100 IBUs.
Full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7.5% is well hidden in its heavy base.
Decent DIPA, heavy malty base with pine predominating; faithful to style, but less complex. I like my DIPAs less malt and more citrus or tropical.

Purchased at beervana in Santiago, drinking out of a small water glass in my hotel room, reviewing on my phone
A: dark copper color. No head, just a very thin line of bubbles, color makes me think oxidation for some reason.
S: hint of hops, not much else
T: too much malt, some bitterness, a little bit of hop flavor but nothing specific, odd metallic note that lingers on the tongue
M: almost no carbonation which explains the lack of a head.
O: overall, not a good beer, it was in the refrigerator at beervana but I have no idea if it had been stored well and for how long, definitely not a fresh DIPA. Chile brewers need to start putting dates on their beers. I hope that this is just an old bottle and not a bad beer, I'm going to give a little benefit of doubt in my score, but I'm going to pour the rest down the drain.
