A 500ml bottle with a BB of Feb 2015. Given to me a little while back by my brother after he returned from a trip down under. Described as an American strong ale hopped with Centennial, Columbus, Chinook and Zythos. Named after Vindicator, a type of NZ dragster.
A: Poured into a Duvel tulip. A deep reddish-amber hue with light carbonation. Yields a large head of creamy off-white foam that lasts for a few minutes before subsiding to a patchy surface layer. Slight lacing.
S: Aroma of sweet caramel malt and intense hops with hints of pine resin, weed, grapefruit, citrus, subtle tropical fruit, caramel, brown sugar and stewed hops. A touch of warming booze in the background. Very nice.
T: Tastes of zealous aromatic hops and sweet malt with a powerful bitter finish. Notes of pine resin, dank weed, grapefruit, orange rind, citrus, mild tropical fruit, caramel malt, brown sugar, faint ale yeast and stewed hops. Quite sweet, followed by a hefty hop-driven bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth and tingly, with pleasant carbonation and good body. Hop oils stimulate the palate. Somewhat astringent, accompanied by an aftertaste of bitter aromatic hops, pine, citrus and sweet caramel malt.
O: Delicious - a very tasty brew. Looks alright, while the aroma and flavour are seriously hoppy and malt-laden. Plenty of pine notes and sweet caramel on offer. Good body. A treat for the senses; excellent stuff. Well worth sampling if you have the chance.

Appearance- Poured from bottle into a nonic pint glass. Dark red with two finger frothy off white head which leaves lacing all the way down. Good looking drink.
Smell- Toffee malt and floral hops on the nose.
Taste- Nice floral hops and toffee caramel malt balance, hops hang around for a while making this beer very tasty and moreish.
Mouthfeel- Creamy mouthfeel that thins a little towards the end of the glass.
Overall- I really enjoyed this beer it was tasty and the hops were well balanced and long. A refreshing brew and would buy again
