Traditional in style yet extraordinary in flavor, this kolsch drinks amazingly clean and finishes refreshingly crisp. This is the kind of beer you wish you grew up with.

Clear, light gold (srm 5). Clean aroma, untoasted bread and light pomme fruit on the nose. Taste follows up with a very light doughy bread, crisp and clean pomme fruit flavors pike through the bread notes at times. A pretty good kolsh.
