For this beauty, we took our O.D.B. (Oud Bruin) and married it up for 5 months with four Syrah barrels from one of the most renowned wineries in the U.S., thus creating a lightly sour Flemish Style Brown Ale with bright acidity, underlying red and black fruits, and just enough malt to pull it all together.

Very dark maroon, almost no head. Lots of tart funky raisin on the nose and the palate. Overall an interesting beer, not the level of depth of complexity I'm looking for, but I appreciate this none the less.
