This luscious, dreamboat of a cream ale was brewed with judicious amounts of vanilla and nearly 500 pounds of tart red cherry purée. Unsurprisingly, the resulting beer leaves behind a sweet, creamy mouthfeel (oats and lactose certainly don’t hurt in that department) that is balanced by subtle tartness from the cherry. Suffice it to say that “Chairy” is indeed cherry pie in a glass.

Look - Pours a pretty light golden red with a small head that dissipates quickly into a minor lace. Appetizing to look at and a unique color for sure.
Smell - Not much of a smell. Doesn't bring much to the plate here and you really have to get close to get any impact from it. What you do get is a bit of sweet tartness as to be expected from a cherry infusion. Nothing special though.
Taste - Pretty damn drinkable if you are in the mood for this. The cherry is there at a moderate level. It won't overpower you and the alcohol goes well with it. Not a warm beer. Refreshing and brisk.
Feel - This is a quick hitter. It's loaded up front with a bite that mellows out pretty quickly. Too quickly, in my opinion, and it leaves it feeling a bit.... weak.
Overall - Despite it's flaws, a very drinkable beer. I found myself looking at the glass and being surprised how low it was. Not too shabby. Good for hot, spring days.

Nice cherry flavor and color. This is much more than cherry juice; in fact, the cherry came through a little less than I expected and was quite nice, not at all cloying or sweet.
