5 oz pour on tap. Aroma and flavor feature dark roasted malts, dark chocolate, and a huge hit of dark jammy figs, from the Syrah barrels I assume. Seriously, there is a TON of awesome dark fruit flavor, similar to port wine. I've never had anything like it before. Mouthfeel is smooth and silky. The 12.8% abv is very well-hidden although you can tell it's a big beer. Great stuff.

Had on tap at JB. Collab with Evil Twin. Described as a blending of recipes for 2 base beers (JB’s Dusk to Dusk and ET’s Even More Jesus). Beer was then aged 7months in Syrah barrels; then shifted to fresh Syrah barrels for another 7 months. Wow!
Dark; rich, complex and nicely enhanced by wine and wood. Great to nose and even better to taste. Wonderful mouth feel.
Am a big fan of both of the origin beers, and found this a stand out variation. Will hope this gets distributed so I can age a few.
Great job!
