If you’re in search of a morning moment to imbibe during this quarantine, may we suggest Mimosa Funk, the latest iteration of ever-evolving Berliner weisse series. Underlying yet forward tartness beautifully intermingles with vibrant orange juice qualities, and when coupled with effervescent carbonation, assuredly provides the mimosa urge in beer form.

16 oz can split with my wife, poured into snifter glasses. Looks like frothy O.J. Smells like alcoholic, slightly beery O.J. Taste is much hoppier than I expected (I would guess Mosaic). This actually tastes like a fruited sour IPA, not a Berliner weisse. Also, the 7% abv is unnecessarily high and out of character with Jailbreak's Funk series. Overall it's a tasty beer, just not as advertised and definitely not a repeat $20/4-pack purchase.
