When it comes to our base “Funk” Berliner weisse platform, we have consistently experimented with a plethora of fruits, herbs, or a combination therein, and Other Berry Funk is most definitely no exception. Boasting prodigious additions of raspberry and blackcurrant purée, Other Berry Funk overflows with concentrated bursts of fruit, melding seamlessly with the pre-existing tartness of the base beer. Not to be outdone, we carefully dosed in Tahitian vanilla beans to help round the texture and balance acidity, the end result of which makes for a holistic and redeeming drinking experience.
