From the very beginning, we found the Strata hop to be captivating, so much so that we felt compelled to secure a small contract for it via our Oregon friends at Indie Hops. Simply put, it was strictly a matter of time before Strata Lady Friend would become a reality. Our lot of Strata is powerfully tropical without any of the dank or cannabis-esque undertones often attributed to the variety, and it shows in the final product. Expect a saturated palate experience bursting with tones of passionfruit, mango, and strawberry, finishing with a pleasingly dry finish.
