Respond React | React Respond takes the dry hopping schedule from Special Lady Friend, swaps a healthy amount of Simcoe Cryo for Mosaic Cryo, and applies it to a grain bill with a much higher proportion of flaked oats. As a result, the nose and palate burst with a heady combination of peach rings and ruby red grapefruit, with underlying suggestions of passionfruit. Expect a mouthfeel that is both unequivocally smooth and medium-bodied.

Can dated 9/2/20 into pint glass. Pours a hazy straw color (SRM 2-3) with a brief white head. Initial impression is juicy melon, peach, citrus, and grapefruit. Mouthfeel is medium. Finish is somewhat sweet, fading to a slight bitterness. Overall, quite enjoyable. I'd love to try this on tap.
