Our take on the Vienna lager is a stunning showcase for how malt and hop character can be simultaneously nuanced and complex, all while capturing an incredible level of drinkability.

Clear, light copper body under an average size, fast fading, off white head that left only light lacing. Malts dominate both the aroma and taste. Modest contribution from noble hops. Sweetness fades and becomes drier as it finishes. Medium bodied, nicely carbonated mouthfeel. Seems closer to an Octoberfest than a by-the-book Vienna lager.

12 oz can poured into a willi becher glass. Pours amber brown with a creamy head. Aroma and flavor feature sweet and toasty bready malt, caramel, and light floral/spicy hops. Full-bodied and moderately carbonated mouthfeel. A pleasure to drink.
