Inspired by a certain Citra and Mosaic hopped IPA from Vermont, Bmore Banger displays intense aromas from a now classic hop combination. Augmented by our house IPA yeast blend, Bmore Banger provides an additional depth of character redolent of passionfruit, guava, nectarine, and grapefruit. Sturdy base notes from a grist of 100% Golden Promise deftly balance the prodigious hop character. Cheers!

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Born July 29th 2024.
Pale amber bodied, with hints of gold and orange. Hazed slightly, but mostly clear, with a real reich creamy and thick three finger plus tall head. Bright white with big retention and ring touching lacing. Great looking IPA.
Nose hints a little bit of boozy heat, and hot caramel, but also touches some thick exotic fruit quality. Dialed down sweetness for the aroma, but has a good diverse hop angle of tropical fruit, spicy herbs, a touch of pine sap as well.
Great solid palate. Delicious simple backbone with light caramel gives an excellent basic hop platform. Mid palate hits with tropical guava, with loads of spiced black pepper notes on first sip. Mid palate gives some hop heat, touching pine and bitter herbs real nicely. Just a faint touch of light honey manages to at least cut some of the bitterness and just give a hint of balance.
Some real nice diversity in the hop realm, just running a bit hot a little but good enough to keep the goods flowing.
