Brewed with 100% Nelson Sauvin hops, a cryo version of the nelson hop was also added plus a post fermentation hop kief extract to enhance the aroma. Think sauvignon blanc-like with notes of gooseberry, grape, and tropical fruit with just a hint of dankness. It's bold and delicious!

6 oz pour on tap at the brewery. This is not a very good SLF variant, with harsh astringent notes (not super strong, but very noticeable) and too much alcohol presence. Maybe it's just a lousy batch of Nelson hops - who knows. YMMV.
