Hazy light yellow color. Powdered sugar look to the top. Sprinkle foam.
Salty lemon aromas, musty German wheat malts, some phenolic yeast. Rather light, wayfaring, and slightly medicinal. Powder dry.
Lots of lemony wheat with slight tartness. German rooted, light, musty, and showing great wheat character. Has a grassy finish with a familiar pils flavor. Bitterness comes late and stays. Hints of crabapple and nickel. Nice.
Soft, even when cold. Carbonation is pretty well attenuated.
I really like the underlying tartness. Authentic to style. Great first offering from the new guys.
