I had the Tumbleweed on tap at the Proper Pizza & Tap in Pittsburgh.
The beer is an opaque brown with a sticky tan head.
It has a nose of lightly toasted malts and raisins.
The malts lead the way, they add a nice roasted note with some brown sugar and dark fruits. There is something lurking way in the background that reminds me of a band aid. It isn't too prominent but it is the only (minor) flaw in this beer.
The mouth is sturdy and fits the style.
