Yellow blonde color with good clarity. Head didn't hold. Fell to nothing. No lace.
Bursting with a Citra hop nose. Unripe mango, floral hop, spearmint, raw hop, lemon, and mild grapefruit. Somewhat overshadows the base beer, but to no detriment. Another way to perk up a kolsch.
Musty German wheat and barley malts. Light lemon, hoppy tropical fruit, papaya, and mintiness. No longer tangy, as the base Cobblestone is. Refreshing, but much too light. Needs more body. Carbonation is only a light sizzle.

Pours a hazed pale golden color with a white head. A bit of lace is left behind.
The aroma is bright and citrusy, the dry hopping works really well.
In the taste, pale malts, crystal, just a raw grain flavor and a good helping of lemony citrus. Solid bitterness.
The mouthfeel is about decent, but too thin. Light and under carbonated. Grains in the finish but more or less clean.
Overall, a nice hopped up Kolsch. Like many beers from this brewery, the body is a weakness. I think we need to up the ante Hitchhiker!
