Hazy yellow ochre color. Disappointing lack of head. Wispy bubbles on top is all.
Banana, wheat, sweet clove, bubblegum, orange, and fusel. Fruity and semi-sweet nose. Rather banana forward.
Dialed down. Lemony character blends the boundaries between a weizen and a kolsch. Added grassiness counters further. Not enough yeast in suspension to give off big juicy esters. Slight tartness towards the finish is not particularly appropriate. Lots of tangy wheat and citrus that beats down the hefe yeast. There are noticeable hops here, too. Requires mellowing. Maybe wrong ratios during brewing. Needs tweaking.
Too thin for a real hefe. Carbonation has a tickle to it. Mismatched.

Pours a light cloudy pale yellow. Weird looking even for a hefeweissbier, this looks like peach juice. Little to no head.
The smell is grainy, soft banana as well. Wheatmill is a fitting name for this beer, it smells of such.
In the taste, unripe banana, citrus like as well. Solid hop bitterness and flavor. This is a well rounded, very fresh tasting hefeweizen.
Light bodied, lacking depth and with soft carbonation. The aftertaste has banana and clove.
Overall, this is an enjoyable, fresh tasting Hefeweizen. Check it out.
