Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on January 26, 2019. IPA brewed with guava, milk sugar and vanilla bean. Conditioned on guava. Hopped with Mosaic, El Dorado, and Motueka.

16 oz can
Pours hazy orange, yellowish white head retains as a lacing.
Aroma of citrus, pear, and tropical fruits over sweet bready malt and zesty hops.
Flavor is of tropical fruit and wildflower of citrus zest, biscuit, and potpourri. Piney hop finish.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Decent fruity IPA. Flavor is fine. Worth trying, not as good as some of the other Whole Punch beers.

16oz can. No code dating. Appearance: Light golden with a hint of orange. Hazy, but quite as opaque as NEIPA, and a moderately fluffy white head that dissipates. Decent lacing Aroma: Trpical fruit forward, with some pineapple, melon, and strawberry. Guava prominent. Taste: Light crackery malt sweetness up front, a distinct guava and grapefruit fruitiness, and a strong bitterness that is balanced against the residual lactose sweetness Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with some creaminess and a moderately high carbonation. Finish: Lingering earthy guava and strong bitterness Overall: Really nice complexity to the aroma, with a variety of fruit from pineapple, to strawberry, to melon, all along with guava. Flavor is more one dimensional that’s guava forward. Strong bitterness that is balanced by the residual sweetness. Pretty strong take on the POG style IPA
