A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice dark brown almost black hue with a thin off white head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Aromas of nice dark brown sugar, burnt cookies, light raisin. Maybe a little caramel, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice malts, goods dark malts. Nice raisin notes. Good caramel as well with strong cinnamon and nutmeg.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, slightly think and creamy.
O - Overall this was a very solid brown ale, wish there was more cookie notes.

Huge fluffy frothy creamy head fades slowly, tons of lacing, dark mahogany brown slight rosy hue
Nose some spice, brown sugar cinnamon candy baking spice bit less than when I had it fresh, loads of burnt brown sugar, sugar cookie, raisin notes, hermit cookies, sweet toasted biscuity malt hint syrupy like
Taste really nice, big spices, cinnamon, ginger, baking spices, big raisin and oatmeal raisin cookie ginger snap hermit, some bitter spicy hop, sweet brown sugar loads of it, sweet toasted grain brown malt
Mouth is med bod little syrupy, decent carb,
Overall pretty nice, better fresh but still really nice
