Pours hazy honey golden, coarse off-white head retains as a sudsy lacing.
Smells of graham crackers, key lime, biscuit, ginger and herbal hops.
Flavor is of ginger and graham crackers with biscuit malt, citrus and lime zest, coconut, and spicy mild hop finish.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Interesting and tasty beer, better than a novelty. I'd have this again. I appreciate the presence of the pie crust flavors. Worth trying.
