This Breakfast Stout brewed with Paul Family Farm's Maple Syrup and then laid to rest in Heaven Hill barrels for 18 months. We then conditioned the beer on Mexican Oaxaca coffee from our friends at 19 Coffee, more Maple Syrup, Cacao Nibs, and Madagascar Vanilla Beans.

16 oz can
Pours dark opaque brown, minimal light penetration only around the edges. Head is just a bit of lacing.
Aroma is coffee, cocoa, brown sugar, hazelnut, vanilla, bourbon and oak.
Flavor is exceedingly rich. Coffee, chocolate, maple, hazelnut, vanilla, cream, bourbon, molasses, mesquite and oak.
Full viscous body, very light on carbonation.
This is a very slow drinking beer, very rich and heavy. The flavor is fantastic. Aroma is great. Would have liked a tad bit more carbonation in the body, it's like it's slightly flat. A very minor complaint, otherwise quite good as a slow sipper and worth grabbing while available.
