Pours a murky dark orange with a finger and a half of off- white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is strawberries, roasty coffee, bread and cherries. Sweetness stands out front of the tangy finish. Flavor profile is strawberries, cherries, toffee, bread and roasty coffee. It's more fruit forward in the taste than the nose. Light twangy sour finish that follows the acute sweet start. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a velvety, crushed grain texture. It's soft as well. Overall, twangy and tangy with just a little sweetness and extra presence in the mouth feel for a well rounded sour ale.

Served in a 15.5oz Spiegalau tulip from a 16oz can.
