Pours a smoothie-looking plum color with two-plus fingers of similarly-tinted head that fairly quickly settle into a lasting cap that leaves sheets of lacing.
Cinnamon, plum and blueberry in the nose.
The same cinnamon, plum and blueberry mix with cream in the taste, giving way to a lightly tart finish.
Definitely thick and creamy feeling, but could always be thicker. Soft, light fizz barely cuts through.
Not really overly sweet, but in the dessert beer category. The same goes for the cinnamon: strong, but not too strong. Nice little beer here. I especially like the juicy plum aftertaste.
