Poured into a Defiance balloon glass.
The beer is completely opaque dark straw yellow with a white sudsy head that recedes to a thick film and a solid collar. Lacing is random arcs and lines of foam. The beer smells of light pine, apricot and mango fruitiness, and slightly spicy hops. The taste starts out spicy with orange and grapefruit zest following. Sweet fruits from the aroma are missing. It finishes only slightly bitter but with lots of tanginess. Mouthfeel is medium bodied. Overall, very zesty flavorful IPA with lots of citrus.
