22oz bomber bottle. No dating information found.
Brewer's notes: "Imperial Stout that we added 10 pounds Honduran Coffee from Bob at The Spice Merchant in downtown Wichita. I met Ashley Williams from Legacy Farms Coffee when I was picking out which coffee I was going to use for this years beer. Ashley is a Kansas resident from Mound Ridge, Kansas."
Black colored body. Pours with several fingers of fizzy brown head, which immediately disappears. Active surface storm but no lacing.
Aroma is dark roasted malts with dark fruit, and artisan coffee.
Taste is dark roasted malts, dried cherries, and coffee. Big time on the coffee. Aftertaste is quick to exit.
Thinner mouth feel. Very dry finish. Supportive carbonation.
Coffee dominated stout recipe.
