Copenhagen 13/5 2018. 33 cl bottle from Rewe in Kiel. Serious looking grey and black label with white sail ship.
Pours hazy, dark, amber with a big white head. Settles as a 1 cm thick, creamy, frothy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is sweet and intense. Caramel, chocolate, roasted malts on the sugary side. Light smoke.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet. Only a weak bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a touch of smoke.
Fine Dark Brew with a lot of aroma and flavor.
