On tap at the brewery 6 20 09 into a clean, clear glass. Review from notes taken there.
A 2 inch light head over a lager looking body.
S Basic, light blonde smell.
T More flavorful that I thought it might be based on the look and the smell. Nice to have a nice moderate blonde taste (Grains, min ABV).
M Medium with grains, malt.
D Great with well controlled ABV presence and interesting tastes.

The blonde came in the sampler. Good balance to the nose, some detectable spice and hops. The brew itself i deemed very drinkable but very simple. No complexity here, actually quite bland. Booze is detected on the finish. Light body.

Sampled at the brewpub, it came out a cloudy gold under a one finger white head that fades slowly, leaving lots of nice lace. The nose is strong and spicey, of sweet cassis and a bit of fruit. The mouth is light and fairly well-carbonated. Mild fruity flavor with noticeable yeast. Some hops bitterness emerges, vaguely espresso dry, but short-lived. This is a decent brew - nothing more.
