Serving: On Tap
A:
Pours a clear brownish copper with a little chill haze with about 2 inches of creamy beige head that settles to a fat film. Great retention; even checkerboard lacing. (4)
S:
Spicy hops. Grass, earth, herbs, caramel, burnt sugar. (4)
T:
Spicy hops. Mellow wheat, dust, dry bitterness, husky, grain, some juicy fruits. (3.75)
M:
Thin (overly so) and slightly watery with a light body and a medium finish. (3.5)
O:
Pretty decent IPA.
Fairly drinkable beer with a nice soft bitterness. Pours pretty nice with a pretty mild character overall. Even grainy bitterness with some fruits in the nose and taste. Not too citrusy overall.
Good but not very substantive and kind of watery.
Might have again; by no means bad, but they have better. (3.75)
