I tried this from the can in a wheat glass chilled
The color is like black cherry-dark with opaque clarity and thick tan head with very fine bead and lace clings with lasting retention
The smell is fruity and slight toasted aroma of wheat with fruit-cake like tart dried cranberry scent with light yeast ester
The feel is decent with lightly toasted and dry entry with subtle alcohol that has warming quality. The feel is sweet in middle with subtle creamy quality and hint of drying alcohol in the finish feel is full in body

A thanks to the founding father of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a damn near black color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of bready malts. Taste is coffee, bready malts, light cranberry. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a quality beer.

A 16 ounce can poured into a pint glass at Grain & Verse in New Cumberland, PA. Very little head and no tracing on the glass. A nice, spiced dunkelweizen. Hints of coffee and sunflower seeds on the nose but very little aroma overall. Can't pick up the cranberry, but there is a residual tartness in the mouthfeel. I'd drink it again.
