Amber color with a thick beige head with good retention.
Aroma with lots of caramels, a bit of toasted malts and mild chocolate.
Flavor with notes of slightly toasted malts, floral and citrusy hops, red berries and spices. Medium dry aftertaste with mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Citrusy and caramelly Amber Ale (Irish?) that is leaning towards America. Easier to drink given lower hops intake comparing to US standards.
