The head disappeared very quickly. By the time I finished the last sentence, it was already gone. Color is non exciting very pale yellow. Some grain in the smell, kind of skunky, but also some slightly smoky notes of caramel, and hints of fruitiness. The first sip of that beer is quite enjoyable, fruity, grainy, creamily caramelized. But it quickly becomes watery and a bit boring. The mouthfeel is kind of weak. Some hoppy thickness, but with no particular flavor. Disappointing beer. And there's still half of it in my glass.

No head to speak of, golden body, malty aroma. The one outstanding characteristic of this beer is the maltiness. The hops while present are so far in the background. Medium body. I almost forgot to finish this beer. Very forgetable. I hope I do not forget that I have had this and wind up buying it again.

It's quite alot thinner in taste and body than I expected from the syrupy gold color, but managed to remind me a bit of the few Czech pilseners I've tried, although it is extremely low in carbonation. The head is fleeting. The smell is sweet and reminds me of other great-smelling Ginga Kogen beers. All in all this beer wasn't much of a hit with me. Thin and sweet, thin and sweet.

It's organic though. And I think that's groovy.
