Ginga Kogen Beer

A weizen is a weizen, no matter what we combine it with, although a bock makes it sweet enough to milden the yeast overtone. Looks weak but smells quite sweet and enchanting, probably the best part of the beer. The taste is also alright, tastes like a quite sweet weizen, which helps me to forget the weizeniness of the beer. Although it fades out quite fast, there is nothing particularly problematic about this beer - except that it is a hefeweizen type, which is not my favorite. Not bad though.
