Actually this kölsch is not that bad. Although I had some real kölsch from Germany that were awesome, this was slightly behind them in the fruitiness of the taste and aroma, but when you look at it from the perspective of other japanese craft beers, you can say that Ginga Kogen did quite well. A little more fine tuning and we will be alright here I believe.
