Growler hour after pour:
Pours a dark golden, with a light haze and a decent white head that fades fairly quickly. A thing ring remains but provides no lacing.
Nose is heavy on the grain, it seems. Wheat and cereal notes give way to just a hint of tartness and saltiness.
The taste also get cereal in the backbone, but there's a lime-level tartness (though it is lacto in flavor) that pairs with this right up front. The salinity level, ironically enough, stays light and fills in the back as the tartness fades a bit.
A pretty solid, straightforward Gose that has a moderate level of tartness and lets the grain bill show, but could probably use just a little more salt flavor.
