Crowler filled December 29, enjoyed two days later. Pours the now-standard hazy golden-orange of the NEIPA style, with larger-than-average bubbles giving the impression of a finger of soapy foam (minus the soapy iridescence). Moderate retention and lacing. Dank pine resin and grassy aromas infused with pomelo, papaya and orange, doing some interesting things with Mosaic that are less common notes. Sharp bitters on the palate, suggesting higher carbonation than is actually there. Some added blueberry on the tongue. Impressively flavorful for 5.5% abv.

Appearance: Arrives hazy and honey colored with a decent cap; shards and spots of lacing hang around
Smell: Papaya, melon, pineapple and citrus pith
Taste: Papaya and melon tones forward, with the pineapple building; moderate grapefruit bitterness, through the middle, with some biscuity malt balancing out the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A nice juicy IPA with a bit of balance from the malt bill
