On tap at brewpub:
Pours a near clear golden with a small white cap, which reduces to a thin white line. No lacing.

Nose is between crackery an crusty white bread. A wonderful peppery grass bitter profile tickles the nose, too.

The taste doesn't have as big a bite as expected, but hits on the bready malt, noble hop bitterness, and a lighter peppery bite. The bite tingles longer than expected from its muted beginnings. Then again, it could be some of the problems copy carbonation that lingers. Could maybe be a little drier, to be a tad picky.

A very enjoyable version, one that doesn't get too bitter, but what's there fits the style pretty wel, per my experience.
