One Pint can
Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass
This beer pours a hazy amber with golden highlights. It is topped with two inches of tan head that leaves very little lacing.
The smell is tart passionfruit.
The taste is sour and loaded with passionfruit.
Lighter bodied with a dry mouthfeel
The is a very good fruited kettle sour.

Enjoyed poured from a can at Lyon Bière Festival #3. Is it a beer or straight up passionfruit juice ?
Quite tart but balanced at all time. This lactic beer does wonder.

Hazy amber orange with a moderate fuzzy off-white head, passionfruit takes center stage here, expressing clean and juicy with a crisp drinkable tartness.
