Ohhh... them boiz gonna love this one. Like a pureed banana smoothie it's pastel yellow and matte finish. Nice white head that is sticky icky leaving lacing like lovely legs along the glass.
Nose is sweet tropical hops. Maybe some floral in there as well.
Flavour thankfully presents a balance of bitter citrus and sweet tropics with that sickly sweet hop flower flavour that DDHing imparts that I think a lot of folks like more than I do.
Aggressively carbonated over a thin body. Nice lingering bitterness to the finish.
I think I'm just not as into the DDH thing as much as apparently other people are. I've tried a bunch of well regarded beers featuring that approach, and they all carry a similar aspect that just doesn't really do it for me.

Hazy, pale gold beer with a 3 finger head. Smells like sweet caramel with a big hit of grapefruit and pine. Tastes like the nose with a bit of mango in there. Lightly sweet, bitter with a dry finish.

Very nice bouncy white head leaves quite the impressive curtain of lacing. The beer itself is a brilliant pale (makes more sense if you are looking at it) yellow, completely opaque. Nose is an equal blend of orange and garlic with just barely some sweetness. Taste leads with a fresh rubber, garlicky open that fades into a grassy, sweet orange. Body is actually shockingly thin and watery but leaves a loud, dry bitterness on the way out.

Pours a murky yellow-orange with a huge fluffy white head that left some blotchy lacing. Smells fantastic-strong citrus and tropical notes with pine in the background. Tastes of passion fruit, peach, mango, orange, orange zest, pine and earthy notes. Medium bodied and carbonated, very mild bitterness, creamy mouth feel.

An outstanding example of a galaxy dry-hopped IPA. Super fresh and bright aroma and flavor of citrus, tropical fruit, and some dank piney undertones.
