Our golden sour, left to rest for an average of 12-14 months, bottle conditioned for 4+ months has finally settled into its own. With a focus on both refreshing tart acidity and deep fruit tones culminating into something that is just as easily consuming of all the attention in the room, and then forgotten about when shared with good company. We taste deep citrus oranges, tart nectarine, white grape, and a delicate lactic lemon like acidity with hints of rustic brett character.

This is a fantastic wild ale. I must acquire another bottle for the cellar. Bravo Triple Crossing team.

On tap at Triple Crossing Downtown.
Pours a golden orange with fine, wispy foam.
Smell is tart an lemony with notes of lemon peel and hints of brett.
Taste is mildly sour with some nice acidity and notes of lemon, lemon peel, Seville oranges and a bit of peppery brett. Very refreshing and balanced.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, with bright carbonation.
Overall, a really nice, drinkable sour with some depth.
