100% German Pils malt with an intentional blend of the most noble hop varietals that are all pulled together by a yeast strain that we have become quite fond of. This strain combines to create a floral, lemon hay like sweet straw profile while staying zesty dry yet still soft bodied lager. We’re quite proud to release what we’ve envisioned as our house Pilsner during what is and likely always will be a constant state of refinement and evolution in everything we do.

A: super clear straw yellow color with a solid 2 finger white head. Just what you want a Pilsner to look like
S: grains, lemongrass, sweet grass, pepper, and a nice earthy hop aroma
T: sweet grains and hay immediately followed by a noticeable earthy hop bitterness. Lemongrass and and more sweet grains close it out with a touch of bitterness on the back of the tongue
M: light mouth with high carbonation
O: this is a pretty solid Pilsner. It’s a touch light on sweetness and a touch watery, but overall this is enjoyable
