As though gorgeously pale lager couldn’t possibly get any more approachable or enjoyable, we present Tiny Pils. Designed with the sometimes need to manage our collective sobrieties with an abv that’ll set you down gracefully, we notice floral lavender, sweet oak like baking spice hop character, and raw clover honey like malt depth.

Pours a lightly hazy golden straw. Some freshly cut grass, lime zest, and clean yeasted baguette on the nose. It's zestily citrusy and with plenty of biscuity bready malt character. Even at 3.8%, this has everything that I need from a German Pils. It's truly a remarkable little beer.

The beer pours a medium bubbly foam head that takes a while to dissipate. The beer itself is a clear metallic pale yellow that looks pretty nice.
The beer has a nice smell. It has a good mix of earthy and herbal bitter hop notes with a slightly sweet honey malt note.
The taste is similar but the bready malt note comes out more than in the smell and upfront. The herbal and earthy bitter hop notes come out strongly in the finish.
The feel is a light body with a bit of heaviness to it. The feel is smooth with a bit of tingling carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall, a good light beer to have during the day and worth getting.

Poured from a can into a flute using the slow pour method. From the refrigerator, allowed to warm slightly.
L: Golden, light, clear, pale straw. A couple of bubbles stream to the top. The head, bright white, frothy and foamy, very thick at first, slowly dissipating.
S: Sweet, bready, yeasty
T: Lager bitterness. Yeasty. Floral. Apricot. Roasted nuttiness. The bitterness is very upfront, a touch overpowering.
F: Light, but not thin. Crisp carbonation. Coats the mouth.
O: A very flavorful beer, especially when considering its lightness. One may think, that with its very low ABV that it would a session/crushing beer. I would argue that the floral aspect makes this a tasting beer.

On tap at Triple Crossing Brewing in Richmond, VA.
This one pours a clear light straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This one smells like crackery malt, snappy European hop aromas, and a bit of mineral character.
This is really surprisingly full-flavored for being only 3.8% ABV - pretty magical stuff. It's got an assertive hoppy bitterness, along with a crisp taste on the back end, plus a bit of crackery and biscuity malt.
This is unbelievably drinkable, with a great crisp feel to it, and a light (but not thin) body.
This is really impressive - Triple Crossing clearly does some impressive lagers.

A light version of a Pilsner, it could use a bit more bready notes and/or a touch more German hops.
