16 oz can
Pours a hazy orange color with a large frothy white head. Average head retention. Leaves some sticky cobwebs.
Aroma is citrusy, namely lemon. Bready. Some cracked pepper spice.
Assertive hoppiness on the taste. Lots of lemon and lemongrass character. Cracked pepper. Bready malt and dry crackers. Floral throughout.
Light bodied and crisp. Dry with a lingering bitterness.
This is a great, hoppy pilsner. Citrusy and dry and exceptionally drinkable.

Shimmering golden with a light sheen and a moderate white foam head settling to a spongy blanket.
Super dry and assertively bitter, this fine pilsner exhibits floral lemon rind and heart of romaine with a light hints of fresh white corn and cracker.

Pours a pale straw with very pillowy brilliant white head. You know how fermented dough looks like when you are pulling it out of its bulk ferment? The head kind of looks like that.
I get white pepper, freshly baked bread, and some white grape on the nose.
This is a beautiful pilsner. The hops really contend to be the highlight here with a lot of florality and spice upfront but that florality gives way to a gently but assertively appearing biscuity bread crust character. Dry and drinkable with a bit of creaminess. It's complex enough to admire on its own or just straight up crush.
This is simply what I come to expect from Triple Crossing. It is a dream.

I mean, just look at it! That’s a nice looking beer. It’s tasty too. There is a haze, which I’m not sure if that’s true to the style, but it definitely adds a creaminess, adding to its drinkability. On its own, it’s a great beer to drink. Compared to other German style pilsners, which is what the brewery describes it as, I’m not sure it would compare, because of the haze and lack of brightness and crispness.
