Pours a hazy golden with soapy white head. A little bit of pineapple on the nose. Pineapple continues for flavor. It's creamy, but not in a thick milkshake way. It's still light. It's got a little bit of grassy bitterness. It finishes with a touch of oat which I feel like I get in a bunch of TCB beers. Overall, an American Blonde Ale is supposed to be a crisp, refreshing sipper after a long day or a something to enjoy on a hot day. The style has a purpose and this fulfills that, while not being a Chico yeast, C hop, bitterness through the skull bludgeon. It is balanced and refined.
